Roberta Benedetti del Rio is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Radia Capital, a climate-focused investor dedicated to tackling climate change by financing the decarbonisation of heavy industry.

Prior to founding Radia, she was a Director at Generation Investment Management investing across private equity and credit markets, and a senior adviser at Just Climate. Earlier in her career she was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Roberta brings deep expertise in climate finance, sustainable investing and scaling decarbonisation technology.
