Marina Iodice, CFA, is Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she co-manages several thematic impact strategies in the Fundamental Equity department, including the GS Global Social Impact equities fund. Her responsibilities include shaping the fund’s investment methodology to incorporate impact criteria and leading thematic engagements with portfolio companies, focusing on water, biodiversity and data privacy and security. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she was an impact portfolio manager at NNIP and spent seven years at Mirova in Paris as an ESG and Financial Analyst. She also volunteered in Nicaragua for six months with Kiva, overseeing their Latin American microfinance portfolio. Her career began in London in 2009 in strategy consulting, advising on climate change adaptation and mitigation, before transitioning to F&C Investments (now part of Trillium) as a Governance and Sustainable Investment analyst.

Ms. Iodice is fluent in six languages and is currently pursuing an Executive Master’s in AI for Business at the Bologna Business School.
