Andrea Bua, Head of Unit, Operations Departments, EIB. Andrea Bua, Head of Division in the Operations Directorate of the European Investment Bank (EIB). Andrea joined the EIB in 2008 and is now leading the Bank’s mandates development within the EU. His team, in close cooperation with the European Commission, EU Member States and Regions, focuses on leveraging EIB and other funds to support the Unions priorities in boosting investment, innovation and job creation in Europe. Prior joining the EIB, Andrea spent nearly ten years in the private sector working for E&Y, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Morgan Stanley in London. Andrea graduated in Economics at the Luiss University of Rome.
